1. How will I receive my SVG files?

After your payment is completed, you will instantly receive a download link on the confirmation page and via email. You can also access your files anytime from your account under “My Downloads”.

2. What file formats are included?

Most products come with SVG, PNG, DXF, and EPS formats. Please check each product description for the exact file types included.

3. Can I use these files for commercial projects?

Yes! All files include a small commercial use license allowing up to 500 physical end products. Redistribution or resale of digital files is strictly prohibited.

4. I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see it, email us at
[email protected] and we’ll help you right away.

5. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you have any issues with your download or files, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

6. Can I request a custom SVG design?

At this time, we’re not offering custom orders. However, we’d love to hear your ideas! Feel free to send suggestions for future designs to our support email.

7. Can I edit the SVG files?

Yes! Our SVG files are layered and fully editable using compatible design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, or Cricut Design Space.

8. Are your designs compatible with Cricut and Silhouette?

Absolutely! All our SVG files are designed for use with popular cutting machines like Cricut, Silhouette Cameo, Brother ScanNCut, and more.
